Expert Testimony

Amy Oppenheimer has qualified as an expert witness in state and federal courts throughout the United States on HR practices relating to preventing and responding to workplace harassment, retaliation, and discrimination, including how to properly investigate complaints. She has testified for both the plaintiff and defense.
